Our firm consists of a group of experienced trial lawyers with a proud reputation for being aggressive advocates for our clients' rights, and dedicated to providing our clients with the best service possible.
Our expertise includes serious personal injury and death cases, police misconduct, defective products and truck/big-rig accidents. Many of our high profile cases have involved automobile airbags and other component defects. We have successfully represented clients in cases against large multi national corporations and municipalties. We work on a contingency fee basis. Basically, this means that you do not pay "up front" fees to our firm in order for us to take your case. We are only paid if we are successful in obtaining a settlement of judgment for you. If we fail to do that, we do not collect a fee, and we will typically pay the costs related to our efforts on your behalf.

Our team includes four experienced lawyers as well as a law clerk, office manager and four paralegals. We work together in an efficient way to give your case the most attention and care it could possibly have.
Our attorneys Daniel Rodriguez, Joel Andreesen, Marshall Scott Fontes and Charles Chapman each specializing in different types of law, so when they come together to fight your case, they bring different perspectives and expertise to the table, which always gives us the upper hand. We have built a solid track record of successful jury trials, more than any other similar firm in the San Joaquin Valley.
Our law clerk, Patrick Benitez has extensive experience in working up a case along side the attorneys. He combines his law degree and experience to help maximize the value of your case.
Our Paralegals, Martha Ruiz, Adriana Bravo, Tammy Bresette and Julia McDaid are professionally trained to assist lawyers in various legal capacities. They were chosen by the firm because of their high personal standards and positive work ethics. All four of these professionals posses the intellectual curiosity as well as interpersonal skills, in order to be a team player. They cater to our clients' needs in order to make the law process a pleasant and smoother experience.
Our office manager, Maryann Barker has been with the firm since its inception. She is often referred to as "all knowing." Her knowledge and experience is virtually unmatchable in this business. She creates an atmosphere of high expectations and her passion for accuracy helps add to the firm's prestige.
